Acquire – get experience, knowledge; Approaches – the ways to do something; Reinforcement – actions, that make person to do his best, Predispositions – attitude, that is given before; Circumstances – conditions.
The communication of information through symbols arranged according to systematic rules
Without language we could not transmit information correctly At this picture it’s done correctly

Reinforcement; The more parents speak to their young children, the more proficient the children bocome in language use; This skill don’t explain how children acquire language rules.
