The evaluation Methods The continuity of the exercises has been laid out in a logical manner. In other words, each exercise allows knowledge or a skill to be developed and improved upon during the exercises.

36 Example Family Life/Exercise 5: Preserving family life Objective: To be able to identify the elements which may trouble family life and to find solutions

37 Example Exercise structure: Material: 5 min. explanation coloured paper 20 min. Group work session pens 10 min. group discussion 5 min. summary Total: 40 min.

38 Example a. Explanation (5’) b. Group work session (20’). Divide the participants into three groups. Each group sets out the risks involved for the family when serving dinner and providing accommodation for guests. Write down your ideas in keyword format (one word per card), and for every keyword, write down the solution that you have in mind on another card. c. Group discussion (10’) The speaker for each group presents the risks involved and solutions they came up with to the group as a whole. d. Summary (5’) Summary of the risks involved for family life when you become overwhelmed by a rural tourism activity. N.B: Be careful, every person's limitations are very different.

Through the visits and the discussions with the entrepreneurs, they enter in the process (from the idea to the project) the family went through and get aware about the concrete and practice oriented steps 3. They have an idea about the key moments of a project and about the needs (training) of entrepreneurs.
