16 Terms of reference In your country team, develop an action plan using the following terms of reference: 1.Identify 1-2 best practices the country team will replicate and/or scale up regarding strategies of smallholder farmers to achieve food security and income growth in the framework of climate change 2.For each practice, determine 2-3 key actions you are going to implement to achieve the desired results

17 Terms of reference 3.Determine key actions you will carry out to reinforce the representation and legitimacy of your organization as the voice of farmers at national level 4.Identify key actions your organization will carry out to reinforce the integration of farmers within the CAADP process giving them a voice and enabling them to influence the process.
