5 Communities, partners and other stakeholders in each country will actively participate in the: detailed design of a simulation exercise programme that will be unique and appropriate for their country and the participating communities. implementation of the exercise programme, which will include a training workshop and simulation field exercise. debriefing and evaluation of the simulation exercise, contributing to lessons learned, confirmation of best practices, recommendations for the review and update of plans and a report documenting these findings.
