Mule deer live on the Canyon rim. They graze on the low sagebrush in the early morning. The Canyon floor is more like a dessert.
All these animals that I will be talking about are living on or around the Grand Canyon. Birds such as ravens, chickadees, and nuthatches nest in and all around the Canyon.
Colorado doesn't have certain plants like Arizona has. Arizona has cactus and certain trees that Colorado doesn’t have.
