Comments about IHM Culture: Not welcoming, not friendly Cliquish, with a hand picked group of insiders Lack of young families Wanting more social opportunities Happy and satisfied with IHM
Comments about Mass: Homilies are too long. Homilies don’t speak to me. Some priests are hard to understand. Pastor tells too many stories about himself. Mass is too long. Priest expresses personal political opinions.
Comments about Staff and Priests: Staff is not always warm and welcoming. Staff can be inflexible. Staff is great, they do so much. Volunteers do great work and are important.
Comments about Spiritual Growth: Want more groups and types of programs. More opportunities for: Quiet prayer Family opportunities
Comments about Finances: We need a balanced budget. There is a lack of communication about finances. Stop asking for money. There are too many special collections. Parishioners are experiencing challenging personal financial situations. Parishioners are retired and on a fixed income.
