WHY? BULGARIA DOESN’T HAVE A NATIONAL YOUTH COUNCIL – youth representation; LOW LEVEL OF COOPERATION BETWEEN YOUTH NGOs; LACK OF COOPERATION BETWEEN POLITICAL AND NON-POLITICAL YOUTH NGOs; LACK OF EFFICIENT TOOLS FOR COOPERATION BETWEEN INSTITUTIONS AND NGOs; LACK OF YOUTH STRATEGY; LACK OF MOTIVATION AMONG THE YOUTH LEADERS TO TAKE PART IN THE YOUTH POLICY DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION;
QUESTIONS? Why the youth NGOs do not cooperate with each other; Why youth NGOs are not motivated to take active part in the process of youth policy development; Do the youth NGOs really need to be representative in order to be an active actor in youth policy development; What are the needs of young people in Bulgaria and how do youth NGOs stand for them; Where is our place at the EU policy development and why do we need to be part of it; What should be our role in the so called “structured dialogue”; Do we need cross-sectoral youth policy and why.
