For example:Period 1: October 1 – December 31Period 2: January 1 – March 31Period 3: April 1 – June 30Period 4: July 1 – September 30Generally, Council Activities begin and end within a fiscal year. For those Council Activities that are repeated every year, they begin anew the next year.Council Activities may be one time or short-term projects. They should be reported in the timeframe (period) they occur.Performance Measures should be reported as data is collected. Each time a user updates a Council Activity the system will order the Performance Measures by period, Area of Emphasis, and measure number.
