Recruiter Designated SEA Reviewer NGS Data Specialist How many of your SEA Reviewers have other roles in the district? How many of you serve more than one of these roles?
Who is the first reviewer of a COE? Read through the language from p. 3.2; highlight the information that indicates a recruiter is a reviewer of a COE and COE SDF. Why is it important to try and catch and correct as many errors as possible prior to submission to your reviewer?
Talk with your group. Record in your packet- Method, Pros, Cons How do you review a COE? Do you create a checklist? Do you go keep the manual handy as a reference and review certain blanks on the COE? Do you read each blank from the top of the COE to the bottom of the SDF and compare it to the manual? Do you have another plan of attack?
When you review, do you use red or black ink? Use red ink to cross off, initial, date, and write in corrected information. Use blue or black ink to add missing information that has not been corrected.
Move to your assigned poster. Review the COE with your group, using ID&R Manual Sections 1 & 2 and your resources. You will have ten minutes. Divide and conquer! When time is called, return to your seat.
Switch poster groups: 1 and 2 3 move to 5 5 move to 4 See if this group found any errors you did not.
