1. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) الرَّحْمَنُ 55.1. The Beneficent

2. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) عَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ 55.2. Hath made known the Quran.

3. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) خَلَقَ الْإِنسَانَ 55.3. He hath created man.

4. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) عَلَّمَهُ الْبَيَانَ 55.4. He hath taught him utterance.

5. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) الشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ بِحُسْبَانٍ 55.5. The sun and the moon are made punctual.

6. Sua Ar-Rahman (55) وَالنَّجْمُ وَالشَّجَرُ يَسْجُدَانِ 55.6. The stars and the trees prostrate.

7. Sua Ar-Rahman (55) وَالسَّمَاء رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ الْمِيزَانَ 55.7. And the sky He hath uplifted; and He hath set the measure,

8. Sua Ar-Rahman (55) أَلَّا تَطْغَوْا فِي الْمِيزَانِ 55.8. That ye exceed not the measure,

9. Sua Ar-Rahman (55) وَأَقِيمُوا الْوَزْنَ بِالْقِسْطِ وَلَا تُخْسِرُوا الْمِيزَانَ 55.9. But observe the measure strictly, nor fall short thereof.

10. Sua Ar-Rahman (55) وَالْأَرْضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلْأَنَامِ 55.10. And the earth hath He appointed for (His) creatures,

11. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فِيهَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَالنَّخْلُ ذَاتُ الْأَكْمَامِ 55.11. Wherein are fruit and sheathed palm trees

12. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) وَالْحَبُّ ذُو الْعَصْفِ وَالرَّيْحَانُ 55.12. Husked grain and scented herb.

13. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.13. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

14. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) خَلَقَ الْإِنسَانَ مِن صَلْصَالٍ كَالْفَخَّارِ 55.14. He created man of clay like the potter's,

15. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) وَخَلَقَ الْجَانَّ مِن مَّارِجٍ مِّن نَّارٍ 55.15. And the Jinn did He create of smokeless fire.

16. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.16. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

17. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) رَبُّ الْمَشْرِقَيْنِ وَرَبُّ الْمَغْرِبَيْنِ 55.17. Lord of the two Easts, and Lord of the two Wests!

18. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.18. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

19. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) مَرَجَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ 55.19. He hath loosed the two seas. They meet.

20. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخٌ لَّا يَبْغِيَانِ 55.20. There is a barrier between them. They encroach not (one upon the other).

21. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.21. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord : that ye deny?

22. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُمَا اللُّؤْلُؤُ وَالْمَرْجَانُ 55.22. There cometh forth from both of them the pearl and coral stone.

23. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.23. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

24. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) وَلَهُ الْجَوَارِ الْمُنشَآتُ فِي الْبَحْرِ كَالْأَعْلَامِ 55.24. His are the ships displayed upon the sea, like banners.

25. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.25. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

26. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٍ 55.26. Everyone that is thereon will pass away;

27. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) وَيَبْقَى وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ 55.27. There remaineth but the countenance of thy Lord of Might and Glory.

28. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.28. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

29. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) يَسْأَلُهُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِي شَأْنٍ 55.29. All that are in the heavens and the earth entreat Him. Every day He exerciseth universal) power.

30. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.30. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

31. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) سَنَفْرُغُ لَكُمْ أَيُّهَا الثَّقَلَانِ 55.31. We shall dispose of you, O ye two dependents (man and jinn).

32. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.32. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

33. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) يَا مَعْشَرَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنسِ إِنِ اسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَن تَنفُذُوا مِنْ أَقْطَارِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ فَانفُذُوا لَا تَنفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَانٍ 55.33. O company of jinn and men, if ye have power to penetrate (all) regions of the heavens and the earth; then penetrate (them) ! Ye will never penetrate them save with (Our) sanction.

34. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.34. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

35. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) يُرْسَلُ عَلَيْكُمَا شُوَاظٌ مِّن نَّارٍ وَنُحَاسٌ فَلَا تَنتَصِرَانِ 55.35. There will be sent, against you both, heat of fire and flash of brass, and ye will not escape.

36. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.36. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

37. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَإِذَا انشَقَّتِ السَّمَاء فَكَانَتْ وَرْدَةً كَالدِّهَانِ 55.37. And when the heaven splitteth asunder and becometh rosy like red hide

38. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.38. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

39. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَّا يُسْأَلُ عَن ذَنبِهِ إِنسٌ وَلَا جَانٌّ 55.39. On that day neither man nor jinn will be questioned of his sin.

40. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.40. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

41. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) يُعْرَفُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمَاهُمْ فَيُؤْخَذُ بِالنَّوَاصِي وَالْأَقْدَامِ 55.41. The guilty will be known by their marks, and will he taken by the forelocks and the feet.

42. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.42. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

43. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) هَذِهِ جَهَنَّمُ الَّتِي يُكَذِّبُ بِهَا الْمُجْرِمُونَ 55.43. This is Hell which the guilty deny.

44. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) يَطُوفُونَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ حَمِيمٍ آنٍ 55.44. They go circling round between it and fierce, boiling water.

45. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.45. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

46. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِ جَنَّتَانِ 55.46. But for him who feareth the standing before his Lord there are two gardens.

47. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.47. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

48. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) ذَوَاتَا أَفْنَانٍ 55.48. Of spreading branches.

49. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.49. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

50. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ تَجْرِيَانِ 55.50. Wherein are two fountains flowing.

51. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.51. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

52. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فِيهِمَا مِن كُلِّ فَاكِهَةٍ زَوْجَانِ 55.52. Wherein is every kind of fruit in pairs.

53. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.53. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

54. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) مُتَّكِئِينَ عَلَى فُرُشٍ بَطَائِنُهَا مِنْ إِسْتَبْرَقٍ وَجَنَى الْجَنَّتَيْنِ دَانٍ 55.54. Reclining upon couches lined with silk brocade, the fruit of both gardens near to hand.

55. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.55. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

56. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فِيهِنَّ قَاصِرَاتُ الطَّرْفِ لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَانٌّ 55.56. Therein are those of modest gaze, whom neither man nor jinn will have touched before them,

57. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.57. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

58. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) كَأَنَّهُنَّ الْيَاقُوتُ وَالْمَرْجَانُ 55.58. (In beauty) like the jacinth and the coral stone.

59. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.59. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

60. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) هَلْ جَزَاء الْإِحْسَانِ إِلَّا الْإِحْسَانُ 55.60. Is the reward of goodness aught save goodness?

61. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.61. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

62. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) وَمِن دُونِهِمَا جَنَّتَانِ 55.62. And beside them are two other gardens,

63. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.63. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

64. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) مُدْهَامَّتَانِ 55.64. Dark green with foliage.

65. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.65. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

66. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ نَضَّاخَتَانِ 55.66. Wherein are two abundant springs.

67. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.67. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

68. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فِيهِمَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَنَخْلٌ وَرُمَّانٌ 55.68. Wherein is fruit, the date palm and pomegranate

69. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.69. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

70. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فِيهِنَّ خَيْرَاتٌ حِسَانٌ 55.70. Wherein (are found) the good and beautiful.

71. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.71. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

72. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) حُورٌ مَّقْصُورَاتٌ فِي الْخِيَامِ 55.72. Fair ones, close guarded in pavilions

73. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.73. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

74. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَانٌّ 55.74. Whom neither man nor jinn will have touched before them

75. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.75. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

76. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) مُتَّكِئِينَ عَلَى رَفْرَفٍ خُضْرٍ وَعَبْقَرِيٍّ حِسَانٍ 55.76. Reclining on green cushions and fair carpets.

77. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55.77. Which is it, of the favors of your Lord, that ye deny?

78. Sura Ar-Rahman (55) تَبَارَكَ اسْمُ رَبِّكَ ذِي الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ 55.78. Blessed be the of thy Lord, Mighty and Glorious!
