5 Killeen Daily Herald TV program profiles local crimes By Victor O’Brien Posted On: Thursday, Feb :28 AM A new on-demand TV program aims to bring criminals into your living room. However, it's much better than it sounds. Killeen and Waco Crime Stoppers along with Time Warner Cable's Central Texas On Demand channel will put fugitives' faces on TV screens by airing footage of wanted fugitives in Bell and McLennan counties on Channel 200, a news release stated. The program, which allows viewers to rewind, fast-forward and save crime footage, will be the first in Texas, Killeen police spokeswoman Carroll Smith said. If successful, it could spread.
