2 UPDATE ON GAMESA DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY IN THE NORTHEAST Completed construction and sale of 80 MW Allegheny Ridge Wind Farm 2007 - Portage, PA 70 MW North Allegheny Wind Farm complete by end of 2008 Next projects on the radar are 50 MW Chestnut Flats Wind Farm and 50 MW Sandy Ridge Wind Farm Both on the Allegheny Front Other projects in various stages of development in West Virginia, New York, Virginia, and Ohio

7 RICH MOUNTAIN WIND FARM 80 MW proposed in Randolph County ~ 4,000 feet in elevation 8 miles of privately owned ridge-top Within the proclamation boundary of the Monongahela National Forest Critical issues analysis indicated several areas of possible concern Expected to need Incidental Take Permit due to Indiana Bat Potential view shed concerns Currently evaluating cost/benefit of project
