Full IT Service Delivery A few thoughts on managing expectations Inventory won’t be as good as you think will be harder to validate then expected collecting inventory isn’t as glamorous as it sounds Plan to learn from the pilots and initial waves Communication Prioritization and resourcing Testing Decommissioning This is a full-blown program with multiple sub projects The end result is worth the journey.
