Required Fields Required Fields are marked with a red asterisk. All other fields are optional but most helpful in determining the needed data for the request.

Field trip, cont. *Map It can be pressed once the trip is saved. Please note: Pop-ups will have to be allowed for the site 10.1.2.204 in order for Google Maps to work. The administrator at the building level will receive an email with a link to approve the request and see all the details.
Approval Method Click on the links provided, log in and edit, approve or deny the request. Once the building level is approved an email will be sent to the Transportation Dept for driver assignment and final approval. All Field Trips are color coded and the requestor can track the process. Once a field trip has received approval and been assigned a driver, an email will be sent back to the requestor.
