Van Buren Community Mental Health For the Community Innovative Services to Meet Community Needs – First in state to pilot blended funding model to serve youth and families. New Outlook wraparound services jointly funded with VB Juvenile Court and Dept of Human Services – Assertive Community Treatment for adults with co-occurring serious mental illness and substance use disorders. – Bangor Health Center First CMH in country to sponsor school based health center.
