Use Responses to track leads that are not ready to be converted to an Opportunity or for leads that aren’t associated with a campaign—ensuring a potential sale does not fall through the cracks.

New Task Pane provides Filters, Common Tasks, Process Tasks, and Group Tasks for quick access to important information and actions. Groups are organized in tabs for quick access with drag & drop and right mouse button abilities. Scrolling instead of paging through lists of data. Use filters to identify useful data and quickly create ad-hoc groups.

16 Usability Enhancements Deliver Improved Productivity Improved Layout and Design New header includes drop-down arrow controls for easier access to menus; improved icons; and a Reminders button has been added to the tool bar with a visual indicator of the number of reminders you have. New Title bar shows the type of data being displayed in the main view so you know exactly what data you're looking at. Expand or collapse the left nav bar. When tailoring your workspace, a visual indicator shows which tab you're moving and where— improving user adoption and reducing errors.
