This product is designed to replace your non-HIPAA compliant clipboards while at the same time providing valuable statistical information.
Patient Sign In A patient approaches a touch screen kiosk and chooses a language or simply presses the “start” button.
Patient Sign In The patient enters their name by using the touch screen or by swiping a driver’s license or credit card.
Patient Sign In The patient selects the time of their appointment or “none” if they do not have an appointment.
Patient Sign In The patient selects the department or physician they are scheduled to see.
Patient Sign In The patient may then be prompted to answer questions which are defined by the site or they may be asked to confirm their demographic data already in the system.
Patient Sign In The patient is asked to review the information and then choose the complete button if all is correct.
Patient Sign In A number is printed for the patient which allows the staff to call the patient by number and not by name.
Patient Log In The time the patient signed in, their name, number, appointment time, department, co- pay information (if available), and answers to the questions are clearly marked. This is the screen the registration staff will use.
Patient Log In The registration staff simply clicks on the patient’s name and the patient is logged into the system.
Patient Log In Statistical reports give the number of patients signed in, total elapsed wait time and average wait time. Reports may be run by department, date and/or month.
