ESH Log All ESH Log All Excel ESH Log Open Man Hazard Register The ESH Log All report displays all Open and Closed Incidents, Hazards, Injuries etc within the report criteria set. The Managed Hazard Register list all managed hazards (eg those where the cause has not been eliminated). The report is filtered to show only hazards whose control points are due for review within the report date span. This is a key report for the ongoing maintenance of hazard controls.
