3 The aim of this event is to attract more than 3,000 People in one night at ZAYTOUNI BAY in a Festive mood. Also to show that MAIN SPONSOR and bee Events & PR are willing to support an important sector in Lebanon: ‘’the wine‘’ sector, which entails more than 15 yards. MAIN SPONSOR will also create, in the SOUKS, a new kind of event very chic, high-class, and festive to attract people to this prestigious festivity We will have a great media coverage, TV, Radios and press THIS EVENT WILL BE DEFENITLY THE TALK OF THE TOWN ->It is an event created and owned by bee Events & PR INTRODUCTION Concept and organization Back to summary

4 -We will Create a real wine harvest event, by Closing the FAKHRY BEY street from both sides -SPONSORS and RESTAURANTS will be able to invite their VIP’s -Installation of about 80 meters in 2 rows of REAL vineyards. -We might have between these 2 rows, a long table for a ‘’Cocktail Dinatoire Champêtre’’ -At 9:30pm: beautiful ‘’grape pickers girls’’ will pick grapes, then ensure the pressure, bare foot. -Guests will be able to dance and have fun -Animation for each restaurant can be organized -Guests will be able to have their dinner in any restaurant that they will select - We might have a Press conference for launching this event SCRIPT & SCENOGRAPHY Concept and organization Back to summary NEXT
