SWAP process 1/2 Defective modules Sub GDC GROC CS SWAP modules Repaired modules Credit note SWAP module: One module per model Modules will be marked with a unique S/N SWAP device: Subs will get a credit note for each SWAP module returned to GDC Defective modules Return note
SWAP process 2/2 1.When a defective HI is returned for repair the sub will swap the module locally and then return the defective module to GDC. a)Subs will order SWAP modules from GDC and stock them locally. b)Subs will receive a credit note for each returned defective module. 2.Modules will be repaired at a central repair center in China (GROC) and then shipped to GDC. 3.The cost price for a SWAP module will based on the average cost for a repair in China.
