30 APPLICATION FEES Not more than Php100. BONDS Bonds are contracts made between the organizations and the Recruitment Week Team. For this year’s Recruitment Week, a bond is valued at Php It shall be returned to the organization the Friday after Recweek 2009 (July 3, 2009). Bonds may be claimed from the COA Room (MVP 205), from the Recweek Finance Head.

31 1. Bond of Php to be paid on June 15-19, 2009 at the COA Room to the Finance Head. 2. Failure to pay the bonds will mean that your organization shall not be allowed to participate in the Recweek Upon payment, the organization signs a bond contract and receives a bond receipt. 4. During the Recruitment Week, every organization will have a sanction sheet where their violations will be listed. Any violation will have a corresponding deduction to the bond held by the offending organization. 5. Failure to get the bonds back will mean forfeiture of the right to redeem them.

32 In cases of a negative balance: Pay that balance on June 29-30, 2009 (Monday - Tuesday) at the COA Room to the Finance Head.
