5 OBJECTIVES Objectives of the Programme  To Impart the practical training/ knowledge of the products/ processes of the businesses that we operate in.  To equip the students with skills and knowledge and mould them based on the requirements of the education industry. What is the Training Programme all about ?  The training is a planned and mentored learning experience providing the trainee with the knowledge and business expertise across various educational products.

6 PROFILE  Create integrated and coordinated marketing campaigns.  Getting the feedback of the students by doing one-one counseling.  Innovation of new methodology and implementing in the business structure.  Assisting the product team by finding the innovative methods.  Work in sales, marketing and product teams to craft positioning for current products.

7  Develop and maintain business relationships and branding support.  Develop and deploy business oriented marketing strategies  Analyze market needs, trends and competition that will stimulate creation of new product.  Contribute marketing direction to business plans.  Develop and drive marketing initiatives in line with Business objectives.

9 SALIENT FEATURES The Program duration is for 3 months. The summer training period of 12-14 weeks will be the program duration.  At the end of the training program, PTeducation services will award each trainee with a training certificate.  Those trainees with extraordinary performance during the program will be given cold offers to join the company on the successful completion of the Programme.

10 SELECTION PROCESS ROUND 1- WRITTEN TEST ROUND 2- GROUP DISCUSSION ROUND 3- PERSONAL INTERVIEW *No round is a elimination round.

11 STIPEND  FIXED STIPEND = Rs. 5000 p.m.  STIPEND CAN VARY ACCORDING TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE TRAINEE AT THE TIME OF SUMMER INTERNSHIP.
