3 Practice Schedule Frequently Asked Questions Do we have a schedule for a final practice? – Training Room A & B is reserved from 8:30AM – 11:30AM. 5 Transportation Guidelines Frequently Asked Questions Is transportation provided for employees? – Transportation is provided for employees based on the survey conducted by HROD. Buses of Jasper Jean were commissioned to provide transportation. – In the survey, those who indicated need for a service TWO WAY shall be picked up from the site office and brought to PICC; likewise from PICC brought back to site office after the party. Those who indicated ONE WAY are assumed to join the service GOING TO THE VENUE ONLY, unless otherwise indicated. No reservation was made for one way employees to be brought back to site office.

Is there a reserved parking slot? – Reserved Parking Slots are only for VIPs. However, you can opt to use the Public Parking Slot in front of PICC on a First Come, First Served basis.

11 Registration Guidelines Frequently Asked Questions When do we register? – For all employees who will be conveyed by the PROVIDED BUS (Jasper Jean), registration will happen inside their respective buses. Your BUS PARENTS shall give you instructions on the registration. – However, for those who will go to PICC by other means (shuttle, van, private vehicle), you will be required to go to the REGISTRATION BOOTH. – The REGISTRATION BOOTH opens at 2:30pm and closes at exactly 3:45pm. Late comers will no longer be allowed to register beyond the specified closing time. However, Gift Certificate will still be handed after the event provided that they have signed the LATE REGISTRATION LIST (look for HROD’S Justin Carandang).

12 Registration Guidelines Frequently Asked Questions How do we register? – For IN-BUS REGISTRATION, your bus parents will hand you the registration folder, affix your signature once you have received your Gift Certificate. – For PICC REGISTRATION, approach the Registration Committee, get your Gift Certificate and affix your signature.

Please be reminded that everyone should stay in their respective seats. – Each table is labeled accordingly so you will know where you will be seated. – Our ushers and usherettes will guide you as soon as you arrive in the venue.

18 PICC Forum Rules & Regulations The following are strictly prohibited inside the location: – Drugs and all other forms of contraband – Deadly weapons and objects – Pets – Food and Beverage (other than those served and prepared by the caterer) – Loitering – Gambling Security shall exercise full authority within its premises and reserves the right to control, regulate, inspect, refuse entry to or prohibit any person as well as materials considered inimical to or which constitute violation of Philippine laws, and rules and regulations. Children are not allowed in the event. Only employees will be given entry to the party. Keep the whole facility in good condition. You will be responsible for the costs of the damage that will be incurred.
