2 Background In 2007 the Rochester Catholic Schools (RCS) Council recommended executing a parent satisfaction survey A follow up to the school year survey Using a subset of questions from the previous year Sent out in January 2008 to all RCS families This presentation is the report from the school year survey Demographics Survey question results Write-in comment summary

3 Demographics: Who took the Survey? 525 families Almost 50% of RCS families, including pre-school A fantastic response rate

4 Who Took the Survey? -- Schools Attended  Combinations of schools  22% of the sample have children in more than one school  Percentage of the sample having children at a particular school
