14 Mindfulness of noise We will now try a mindfulness of breath and body. Noticing as carefully as you can each in breath and each out breath, and how your body is feeling as whole. After each loud noise please try as best you can to notice your breath and body reactions – including any urge to open your eyes, or talk, or check how your friends have reacted.
