T HE P ROJECT : D EVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES (1/2) Nigeria - 5 pilots countries: Afghanistan, DRC, Ghana, Nigeria, Rwanda -Phased project: - Phase I (current): focuses on 6 Pilot states (Anambra, Bauchi, Edo, Kaduna, Niger, Ondo), NBS and NPoPC. Total cost: $10m. Length: 3 years.
