1. HR Reception Close Wednesday 20th April 2011 due to refurbishment. Programmed to re-open on Monday 6th June 2011. Very limited access for visitors. Drop off box available for documents.

2. HR Reception Staff Registration Online staff registration for all new staff recruited via Rome. Exceptions being named researchers, PGTA’s and casuals. Signed contracts should be returned via post (we will be considering electronic signatures in the future).

3. HR Reception Staff Registration Ensure that Rome status is updated to ‘Conditional Offer Accepted’:  Triggers an email to the new starter requesting them to complete the staff registration.  Opens the staff registration area on Rome allowing the new starter to input their bank, tax and pension details.
