Focus on documentation and on engagement Map key boundary partners Get coordinators to keep oversight of all small projects and to pay attention to learning… Choose your partners carefully so they can implement the work and build upon the project – Build the ownership of the legacy Convey what is innovative about a project Move away from ‘single-failure points’ (people) / diversify capacities Get involved in ToC/impact assessment (baseline) from the start and explain how we (comms/KM) can support scaling up Organize a (yearly?) reflection workshop at the end of the project / by the time you can do impact assessment, possibly building upon other workshops involving partners, comms, M&E, researchers… Building block: Making the most of project legacy
