What is the place of compassion in business? Is it possible to be both a compassionate person and a ‘successful’ business person?
Compassion Defined Compassion is recognizing that the pain or joy in you at any given time is only a heartbeat away from me. Compassion is serving each other at times of pain and of joy and knowing that when my turn comes, you’ll be there for me.
