4 Timing of The Report FCC can proceed when the following criteria is met:  30-90 Days  Receipt of records  File review  Identification of missing information  Discussion with referral source  Meeting with claimant  Written communication with treatment team If the above criteria can not be met a File Review may be an option Dianne M.
