2 Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development Who is OECD? An organisation that educates government to help promote and improve the economic and social well-being of many countries.

3 34 member countries span the globe, from North and South America to Europe and the Asia-Pacific region OECD M EMBERSHIP

4 What are OECD competencies? Competencies define attributes or characteristics, as well as technical or professional skills that enable a person to perform a role or job. Competencies state the expected areas and levels of performance that tell us what is valued and rewarded.

5 OECD Competency Framework OECD competency clusters: 1. Delivery related 2. Interpersonal 3. Strategic Personal values, motivation and type of work also play a part in job performance. Competency framework booklet
