Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development Who is OECD? An organisation that educates government to help promote and improve the economic and social well-being of many countries.

What are OECD competencies? Competencies define attributes or characteristics, as well as technical or professional skills that enable a person to perform a role or job. Competencies state the expected areas and levels of performance that tell us what is valued and rewarded.
