Office Solutions MPP Account Management Approach E-proc – the majority of end user are now online. Compliance – Frameworks for Bulk paper and individual universities going out to tender for Ink and Toner, limit the one stop shop approach through this agreement. Weekly Delivery – Multiple end users, not all on one campus. Payment in 10 days – Credit card transaction no problem, however, invoicing customers still take 30 days and in some exceptions end user budget holders delay payments by up to 60 days… 2014 MPP Plan – To meet with each Consortium and go through contract compliance by University.

Office Solutions E-Procurement update… Science Warehouse Entering a new contract with SW as of April 2014, which includes reduced Transaction fees for Office Depot from 3% to 1.5%. Office Depot will manage the price uploads per SW customer, this will assist OD and the Universities with a clear picture as to what has changed instead of being told pricing and UOM have changed significantly. The VAT issue has still not been resolved by SW, but it is in there pipeline to complete….
