Communicate! Implementation Models Parish Planning PC adopts the Plan and reviews and updates action plan. Regular agenda item. Becomes PC’s Business Plan (or part of). Performance judged on its delivery. PC uses Plan to judge emerging issues & opportunities; e.g. planning applications, funding opportunities, etc. PC forms Plan Management Committee (working party):- PC and PPSG members, volunteers, theme champions Annual Review Annual Public Event
