1 McLennan County Commissioners Court Public hearings to solicit comments concerning the possible redistricting and/or reduction in number of the Justice Precincts for McLennan County, Texas 6:00 PM, Tuesday, January 28, 2014 6:00 PM, Thursday, January 30, 2014 LOCATION Visiting Courtroom (Courthouse Annex Building, 1st floor) 501 Washington Ave Waco, TX 76701 Guinn and Morrison

2 McLennan County Commissioners Court Justice Precinct Redistricting Study The Commissioners Court is considering reducing the number of Justice Precincts and/or changing their boundaries. The purpose of these hearings is receive public comment concerning the Court’s ongoing study of the Justice Precincts. The maps presented at these hearings are only discussion models produced as part of this study and have not been voted on. The Commissioners Court will take no action, either to reduce the number of Justice Precincts or to change their boundaries, until these hearings have concluded and public comments have been considered.

Pct. 64 moved from Pct. 3 to Pct. 7 Gibson Model A Justice Pcts. 4 and 5 would be combined; Election Pcts. 8, 28, 35 and 49 would move from Pct.1 to Pct. 8; Part of Election Pcts. 16 and 60 (Central Texas Market Place and Hillcrest Hospital area) would move from Justice Pct. 1 to 8 and Elec.
