5HR Actions Processes Key Terms Adobe Interactive Form An electronic form within SAP/ECC used to create/change employee master data. Becomes part of employee’s record. (Adobe Reader). Manager Self Service Workplace for administrators to approve personnel actions created/changed by HR processor. PortalA point of access to information from a web site. Users will access the SAP system from the BRITE portal. Business Intelligence (BI) Repository of SAP information for the purpose of reporting.

19HR Actions Processes Next Steps 1.Principal/Supervisor decides who will be performing (and backing up) the HR Action Processor –HRAP (former PAF processor). (2 people per role) 2.Principal/Supervisor will register you for your role in the on-line database by 8/15/07 3.E mployees being assigned an SAP role, must complete their elearning course prior to the instructor led course. Registration begins after 9/1/07. 4.HR Training will occur December – January Specific dates will be sent to you. Key Dates Time Entry begins the last two weeks of January Blackout periods will occur. Details in future.
