Sentenced On: March 22, 2013 Sentence: 11 ½ to 25 years in the PA DOC Other: Struck the victim at DeCarlo’s bar multiple times in the head with a firearm. The firearm involved was found several days later by a postal worker who was delivering mail in the defendant’s apartment building. The mailbox “popped” open and the gun, which had the victim’s blood on it, and the victim’s property fell out. Police Department: Reading Police Dept. Judge: Scott D.
