Setting Your Toshiba Copier/Printer to “Hold” Print Jobs until you get there - is actually done at your computer and it’s very simple to do. You will only have to do this once and it will only take you a minute or two!
Step 1 is to click on your “Start” icon. Step 2 is to click on “Devices and Printers”. With some versions of Windows, you may need to click on “Settings” and then “Printers and Faxes”. Either way, you want to get to “Printers”.
Step 3 is to right-click over your Toshiba Copier/Printer driver and select “Printing Preferences”.
Step 4 is to click where it says “Normal Print” Step 5 is to select “Hold Print”
Step 6 is to select “OK” You’re Done! But read on to see how to retrieve your document(s) at the copier. (It’s even easier!)
Once at the copier, enter in your Access Code. (“Department Code” is the same thing)
Select the “Print” Button on the copier panel.
And on the next screen, Select the document(s) you want to print. Press “Print” Select your name John Doe
To get back to the Main Screen, press the “Copy” button. To clear out your access code, press “Function Clear” Twice. Congratulations, You’re Done!
