2 WP6 – Overall objectives WP6 provides the implementation of the objectives defined in the Transnational Action Plan in form of pilot actions in each involved region.

3 WP6 – Synergy with other WPs The WP6 is directly linked with WP5 TAP adoption and the cluster managers will be identified also in the previous WPs

7 6.2 – Pilot actions TAP implementation 6.2.1. TAP actions selection E very partner, in accordance with the principles agreed in cluster managers group, will choose 3 measures among those that are included in the LAP and in the TAP. OUTPUT: 3 measures / partner END OF JUNE 2012 6.2.2. TAP implementationIn each country at least 3 common objectives and its measures will be implemented with the support of the Cluster managers. OUTPUT: 1 PILOT ACTION PER REGION with 3 objectives MAY – NOVEMBER 2012 TOPICTASK and outputProposed DEADLINE WP6 – Work plan

8 6.2 – Pilot actions TAP implementation Determining the form of pilot actions: SUGGESTED FORMS for PILOT ACTION (1 st idea) (linked to LAP and TAP) -professional cluster management support -study tour to abroad for cluster members -collecting best practices and testing of one best practice -common work shop -management and presentation skills training -set up of innovation strategy -market niche -development of innovative projects -export training -process analysis -product and service impact assessment -set up of a permanent board for territorial animation -territorial brand promotion -collaboration public research-companies -partnership between schools also at transnational level -activation of internships -PARTNERS SUGGESTIONS WP6 – Work plan TOPICTASK and output Pilot Actions

FORM of evaluation: -evaluation questionnaire prepared by all PPs OUTPUT: 6 evaluation reports BEGINNING OF DECEMBER 2011 1 Evaluation reportPilot actions will be evaluated together.
