5 Case study 1: NHS online mentoring project Brightside is working with the NHS to introduce school pupils to the wide range of careers – from frontline surgery to back office support. Collaborative working: NHS trusts, NHS Employers, Dept of Health, schools, JCP, NHS Careers, Inspiring the Future, TUC 3 distinct cohorts ; opt in for all Incentives for NEET cohort

6 Case study 2: GET IN GET ON Get In, Get On is an innovative virtual work experience programme designed by the Financial Skills Partnership and Brightside. Learning about ‘job ready skills’ Self directed with support from industry mentor Flexible & time bound

7 Case study 3: Smarter Futures The Smart Start Experience gives students the chance to spend a week at Allen & Overy and gain a real insight into the world of business followed up with mentoring; Sustained intervention Blended mentoring Incentivised Talent pipeline
