6 RH Component: Linkage with NDP and UNDAF National Development Plan Priority - Objective 4: Increase access to quality social services UNDAF outcome 3: Vulnerable populations in Uganda, especially in the north, have increased access and use of sustainable and quality social services. UNDAF CP Outcome: Government and civil society at all levels are delivering equitable and quality social services to an increasing number of beneficiaries in selected geographic areas. 8 RH Output 1: Strategies Community mobilization and communication for social and behaviour change. Health system capacity strengthening, including VHTs to support health promotion, birth planning and referral for skilled attendance at birth and EmNOC. Institutional and technical capacities built for quality midwifery services, EmNOC and institutionalised maternal death audit.
