ALL ATHLETES LEVEL 3 – 10 COACHING EXPENSES FOR REGULAR SEASON. *ALL CAMPS / CLINICS FOR DEVELOPMENTAL ATHLETES THAT ARE HELD AT GIRLS CO-OP ALL ELITE QUALIFIERS ATHLETE EXPENSES DOES NOT INCLUDE COACHES. MAX OF 3 QUALIFIERS What will monies raised pay for ?
THE ANDREW ELCHIN MEMORIAL FUND WILL BENEFIT EACH AND EVERY FAMILY;THERFORE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE OR BUYOUT ! EACH EVENT WILL BE BROKEN DOWN BY HOW MUCH YOU HAVE TO SELL OR HOW MUCH YOU HAVE TO PAY! YOU CAN DECIDED TO PAY OR SELL. ULTIMATE GOAL TO USE THESE MONIES TO COVER ALL MEET EXPENSES. REGISTRATION, FLIGHTS, ETC. Do I have to participate ?
BETH WANDLER IS IN CHARGE, EXCEPT GOLF TOURNAMENT. IF YOU HAVE AN IDEA, YOU WOULD PRESENT IT TO BETH. SHE CAN FOLLOW THROUGH AND WILL DECIDE IF IT IS AN EVENT WE CAN DO. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RUN AN EVENT. YOU WOULD PRESENT IT TO BETH IN ITS ENTIRITY AND THEN YOU WOULD RECEIVE 10% OF THE EVENT TOWARDS YOUR PERSONALY FUNDRAISING. YOU WOULD RUN THE EVENT WITHIN THE GUIDELINES OF THE MEMORIAL FUND. BETH WOULD BE YOUR CHECK IN PERSON. How do I as a parent host an event ?
THERE SHOULD BE AT MOST 6 GOOD EVENTS PER YEAR.IN THE EVENT ONE IS A TOTAL FLOP WE COULD ADD MORE. ONE MUST ALWAYS BE THE ANDREW ELCHIN GOLF TOURNAMENT. ALL SHOULD INCLUDE THE NAME GIRLSCO-OP/ANDREW ELCHIN OTHERS INCLUDE PANCAKE BREAKFAST 10% CREDIT TO LISA YOUNG BOWLING ( FEBRUARY) OTHER IDEAS BEEF AND BEER TRICKY TRAY How many events should we host?
