There have been occasions when some IC bookings on Galileo were not in sync with the bookings reflecting on the Indian system. This script will access the airline system, through the Indian website, and show the Travel Consultant exactly the details available therein.

In cases where the Travel Consultant notices any discrepancy between the Galileo Booking File and the result from the IC website, the Galileo Service Centre at Indian should be contacted immediately. The Toll Free number for our Service Centre is: 1800111180 (The Service Centre at the Indian premises is operational from 9am to 9pm all days of the week)
