Introduction The Reporting Portal enabled ResolveFM contract teams, managers and customers to collaborate on contract related documents, data, charts and reports. The monthly report builder functionality allowed managers to complete the monthly report for each contact and publish the report to a pdf file. Customers will be able to view the monthly report in addition to general contract documents, reports and charts. Challenges There was no central portal exists from where one can get the contract related documents, reports and graphs etc. The business rules were always changing depending on the market situation and all of the staff needed to be abreast of the changes in order to process the information.
