19 Use your ICT conscience Check - school policy around taking photos- permission may be needed or withheld for some students Respect- be aware of cultural differences around use of images Copyright- Google images are subject to copyright- unless you search for non copyright ones. If using them you need to tag where they are from Copies- Check with school/ teacher if the student wants to take a copy home- photos may include other children. Use caution around ownership: Read fine print … Forever is a long, long time! Delete it/ give it to the student/ family. Erase copies off camera and computer
