9 : Export Your Existing Contact Lists LinkedIn allows you to download your clients contact information into a Excel file which you can use for mass email distribution or to add to other contact/prospecting lists. You can also request recommendations from previous clients to help prospective clients learn about you and the service level you provide. Lets take a closer look at each of these…

10 : Export Contacts to Excel 1.Click on 'Contacts' in the left navigational area of your home page. 2.Click on 'Export Connections' found at the bottom of that page. 3.Enter the text you see in the security image. 4.Click on 'Export'. 5.On the next page make sure that 'Microsoft Outlook (.csv File)' is selected from the drop down menu and then click on 'Export'.

11 : Request Recommendations 1.Click on Recommendations (must already have a profile) 2.Click on Request Recommendations tab 3.Complete steps as instructed

14 Facebook: Import/Export Your Existing Contact Lists Facebook allows you to easily upload your current contact lists from Outlook, gmail, and other software. Once uploaded it will identify existing users that you can easily connect with - or you can send an email to the remaining contacts inviting them to join and connect with you. 15 : Uploading Contacts Lists 1.Click on Friends' in the top menu bar of your home page. 2.Click on Find Friends on the left navigation bar. 3.Click on Upload Contact File. 4.Choose import from Outlook or Upload a contact file. 5.This will allow you to browse other email contacts (i.e., gmail) or browse to upload other contact files (such as your LinkedIn exported file)

20 : Terrilynns Strategy Import contact lists from the PTA, your religious affiliation, etc. Carve out time to get on Facebook each day and set up to receive updates to your phone. Be a real person so that people come to know you are and feel comfortable working with you -- The most important thing Ive learned is keeping it REAL. I am not only a realtor, but a mom, a friend, a past classmate with memories, an old colleague from a previous job. Facebook my clients to follow how theyre doing, events in their lives and post comments accordingly. Post new listings, coming soon, solds or anyone in need of whatever I have. Use Facebook as an excuse to call people, set up coffee and lunch dates. Search new clients on Facebook to see what they are like (if they openly share information).

26 Posting Open Houses & Listings Works! As a result of posting the listing, we had a total of 10 groups come into our open house. I always ask guests how they heard about the open house. One couple said they saw it on Trulia.com. At the time, they were just beginning their home search so we set an appointment for a buyer consultation. We are working with them now. They are also trying to take advantage of the first time homebuyer tax credit!
