Release draft for a 10 day recirculation letter ballot Submit draft 1394/15.3 PAL specification to 1394ta board for approval and publication

Heberling, XtremeSpectrumSlide 10 Summary 1394-WWG has made significant progress since April, 2003 in specifying a 1394/15.3 Protocol Adaptation Layer (PAL) WWG is on track to submit the draft 1394/15.3 PAL specification to letter ballot by early 2 nd quarter 2004.
