Comm Arts-Day 4 (computers are not needed) Please find the main idea and 2 supporting details. If you enjoy being outdoors, then visiting one of Maine’s most celebrated national parks is the vacation for you. Acadia National Park covers thousands of acres of Maine’s coast and is one of the state’s biggest attractions. Exploring the park will give you access to granite mountains, pristine lakes, ponds, waterfalls, coastal islands, and miles of stony beaches for you to explore. If water interests you more than hiking or biking on the park’s trails, the coast provides opportunities for sea kayaking, whale watching, sea glass hunting, boating, and all of the fresh lobster you can eat. Acadia is also home to one of the rare sand beaches in Maine where you can brave the cold waters for Summer swimming. Considering the wide selection of landscapes and activities, Acadia National Park holds years of adventure for one person to experience.
