2. What is Global Warming??
Global warming as we know is an increase in the temperature of Earth’s atmosphere.
Simply means it’s getting hotter.
The scientific community believes that climate like Global Warming have occurred throughout Earth’s history and will continue to occur in the future.
Scientists have spent decades figuring out
what is causing Global Warming.

3. Factors Responsible For Global Warming..
There are many factors responsible for Global Warming.Some of the factors are:-
1)CFC’s(Chlorofluorocarbons Carbons).
2)Deforestation.
3) Pollution.
4)Over exploitation of resources.
5)Urbanization.

4. CHLOROFLUORO CARBONS..
Chlorofluorocarbons carbons are a group of chemicals used in refrigerator and air conditioners.
These have been found to damage the ozone layer which protect us from harmful ultra violet radiations.
These ultra violet rays causes many diseases like skin cancer.

5. DEFORESTATION ..
Cutting of trees on a large scale is known as deforestation.
It is responsible for the increase in the level of Co2,temperature and pollution on the earth.
This has lead to Global Warming.

6. POLLUTION..
A large number of factories and vehicles release some harmful gases such as carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, etc.
These gases trap the heat of the sun which raise the temperature of the Earth and causes ‘Greenhouse effect’. This further leads to Global Warming.

7. OVER EXPLOITATION OF RESOURCES..
Resources like fossil fuels are consumed by factories and vehicles which release poisonous gases.
Some major air pollutants are Co2, carbon monoxide , sulphur dioxide, etc..
These increase the Earth’s temperature and cause Global Warming.

8. URBANIZATION It is the physical growth of urban areas.
It is a result of modernization and urbanization.
Due to urbanization on the large scale,forest lands are being cleared off and are being turned into agricultural lands,towns and cities.

9. MEASURES TO CONTROL GLOBAL WARMING..
Use of eco friendly fuels like CNG and LPG.
Planting of more and more trees.
Reuse,replenish and recycle.
Judicious use of resources.
Use alternative sources of energy
Government should impose strict laws to curb global warming.
