3 89 Plus Mktg servizi premiu, web e portali 3 In this way you’ll monitor all your 89x together. Furthermore, you can assign to each of the 89x two passwords (pswd): one to permit a Third Part (TP) to manage completely a specific 89x (“gestione”); one only to permit a TP to read the statistical data (“consultazione”). As “Supervisor” you can enter whenever you want in each 89x to modify every parameter, independently if you have assigned a TP the management of the 89x. Login as “Supervisor”

4 89 Plus Mktg servizi premiu, web e portali 4 Login as “Supervisor” After you have requested this way to login, Amuser will communicate to you the userid and pswd to login as “Supervisor”. You can continue to login each 89x using the old pswd and userid.

5 89 Plus Mktg servizi premiu, web e portali 5 Supervisor – home page After the login, you enter a page where all your 89x are displayed. For each 89x how many users are currently connected are displayed.

6 89 Plus Mktg servizi premiu, web e portali 6 If you decide to assign the whole management of the specific 89x to a TP, you can set a pswd (Password di Gestione”). If you want that a TP may only read the statistical data, you can set another pswd (Password di Consultazione”). Supervisor – home page – Third Part management

7 89 Plus Mktg servizi premiu, web e portali 7 Remember to switch the “Registra la configurazione” button after every new setting. !! Furthermore you can decide to allow the “Consultazione” profile to read or not the bypass numbers you have set. Supervisor – home page – Third Part management

8 89 Plus Mktg servizi premiu, web e portali 8 The TP allowed to login, will do it as usual (ref slide 11), by entering as userid the entire 89x number and as pswd that one assigned by the “Supervisor”. As Supervisor you can login whenever you want by clicking the “Entra” button even if the TP has changed the assigned pswd (it’s his right). You’ll be aware of it because you read it in your “Supervisor” page. Supervisor – home page – Third Part management

11 89 Plus Mktg servizi premiu, web e portali 11 Supervisor – Current Active Users NEW By clicking the “Utenti Attivi” button it is possible to monitor how many users are connected in each 89x currently employed. By clicking the “Utenti Attivi” button together with the “ctrl” keyboard button, it is possible to monitor all the 89x numbers (currently employed or not).

12 89 Plus Mktg servizi premium, web e portali 12 Login the single 89x To login, please digit as user id the 899 number itself ( ). As password now digit “pluto”. The first time with your own 899 you’ll have to digit the password you have decided signing the Contract.

13 89 Plus Mktg servizi premium, web e portali 13 Login: the Home page After the login, you will have the “home page” where are shown for each Carrier the bypass numbers previously set. To set the new parameters, you have to click the voice “parametri” in the menu bar.

14 89 Plus Mktg servizi premium, web e portali 14 It is possible to set “start” and “stop” time intervals for each day of the week, by checking “Gestione manuale degli orari”. Parameters page – timetable management In case of an incoming call when the “service is closed” a Text to Speech message will be heard. A default generic message is set that can be changed. NEW

15 89 Plus Mktg servizi premium, web e portali 15 It is also possible to set the “sempre aperto” option if no special setting is required. Parameters page – timetable management NEW

16 89 Plus Mktg servizi premium, web e portali 16 Parameters page – Bypass numbers For each of the 5 Italian Carriers (4 mobile and 1 fixed line) you can set 4 bypass numbers in priority order. That is: if the first number doesn’t answer due busy line, answer lack or malfunction, the system switches to the second number and so on. Remember first of all to set the carrier and the german prefix (0049) before the number. After all remember to switch the “Esegui” button. Outside Italy, you cannot use this option. Set it always in:

17 89 Plus Mktg servizi premium, web e portali 17 The automatic hanging up stops the call when the maximum time allowed has been reached for each OLO before Telecom Italia bills a chargeback. Parameters page – Automatic hanging up Time is automatically set in function of the 89x and the OLO. By default this performance is set “on”. In case of change a blinking alarm will appear.

18 89 Plus Mktg servizi premium, web e portali 18 Parameters page – Tax Delay For 89x with pay per minute, this tax delay is set = 0 because pay time starts at the call answering.

19 89 Plus Mktg servizi premium, web e portali 19 Parameters page–89Plus tone After having set this option, if you answer, you will hear a tone indicating that the incoming call is effectively passing through the Plus platform.

20 89 Plus Mktg servizi premium, web e portali 20 Parameters page– Calling Identification Number Hiding With this option set, the operator (if a display is available in his working station ) will not able to see the caller line identifier (CLI). DO NOT SET THEM !!!

21 89 Plus Mktg servizi premium, web e portali 21 Parameters page– Welcome Message (obligatory) Abroad, you can insert the Welcome Message in two different ways: 1: “FONIA INVIATA” You can deliver a pre-registered message by selecting the “Fonie” button in the menu bar. This message has to speech: 1) the service name, 2) its exact cost either for fixed line or for each mobile carrier, VAT included, 3) the majority age allowed to use it, 4) the request to wait for 5 seconds as acceptance and 5 seconds of “silence”. The pre-registered message requirements are: Wave PCM, 8000 Hz, 16 bits, Mono. This message will be online after 3 labour days. To use it, after it has been put online, you have to click this check button.

22 89 Plus Mktg servizi premium, web e portali 22 Parameters page– Welcome Message (obligatory) Abroad, you can insert the Welcome Message in two different ways: 2: “FONIA IN TTS” This is the quickest way to insert a welcome message, maybe waiting in the meantime the pre- registered message to be put online. It is simply requested to digit in the appropriate text box only the presentation part of the service (eg. Benvenuto al servizio di informazione ). Automatically it will be translated in a high quality synthesized speech. All the following informations (costs etc…) are spoken automatically and you don’t have to provide them. Remember to click the appropriate check box.

23 89 Plus Mktg servizi premium, web e portali 23 Abroad you can set the service in two status: Disattivo (out of use) The caller will hear a standard message of “service at the moment out of use”; unless you didn’t have pre-registered an appropriate message (ref § Fonie). Verso risponditore (in use) Clicking this check box, the bypass towards the destinations you set is available. Parameters page – Service Status DO NOT SET IT !!!

24 89 Plus Mktg servizi premium, web e portali 24 Parameters page Remember!!! Each time you make a change in the system configuration you MUST click the “ESEGUI” button to make it available !!!

25 89 Plus Mktg servizi premium, web e portali 25 The message page: Fonie Outside Italy you can deliver via consolle only two kinds of messages: La Fonia di Presentazione previously described. (slide 21-22). La Fonia di Servizio Disattivo, previuosly described (slide 23). To register them you have to respect the requirements described below each box. Both messages will be available after 3 days.
