2 The Problem Especially general radiologists who are working solo or in remote locations face often a situation where they are in need for a peer consultation for a difficult case. Hellooooooo!!!

3 The Problem Also radiologists in poor areas of this world may have not the expensive equipment to exchange studies with professionals. They also may not have easy access to consultants. This poses them in a disadvantageous situation in regard to providing the best patient care. I can’t afford an expensive PACS  We are all in line for the next available consultant!

4 The Solution? A solution is desired where radiologists or referring physicians who are in need for a quick case consultation receive such in a timely manner.

5 Approach to the solution A mobile app (for iPhone, iPad, Android) has been developed that allows sending images of an indeterminate case into a dedicated section of a protected community of over Radiology professionals. Case consultations and opinions are usually provided within a few minutes to hours.
